How we can help

We support families with a wide range of infant-feeding challenges, including sore nipples, latch difficulties, and finding comfortable and effective feeding positions. We can help with breast or chest pain during feeds, concerns about milk supply, and questions around baby’s weight gain. If your baby is experiencing reflux, colic, or seems unsettled during feeds, we can work through this together. We also address thrush and other feeding-related infections, provide tongue-tie assessments, and support with frequent feeding patterns and unsettled babies.

For those experiencing oversupply or a forceful let-down, we offer strategies to help create balance and comfort. We can guide you through pumping, including flange sizing, and support you as you start solids or introduce new foods. When the time comes, we can help you end breastfeeding gently and confidently, navigate night-weaning with a responsive approach, and offer feeding support for older babies and toddlers. We can also help you explore the safe use of medications while breastfeeding, combination feeding with breast and bottle, and reducing or weaning from top-up feeds.

We’re here for growth spurts, developmental changes, mastitis, blocked ducts, engorgement, and milk blebs or blisters. We can support you in feeding during parental or infant illness, help build your confidence, and make feeding out and about feel comfortable. And of course, we’re always here for anything else you need.

We work with families at every stage – from the newborn days through toddlerhood – offering empathy, expertise, and practical solutions throughout your feeding journey.
